Services Provided by Dr. Daina Patel
My goal is to help you get better by getting to the root cause of your problem so we can actually fix it instead of simply reducing pain with the least amount of visits possible for the best care. This can be done through a combination of a variety of treatments:
Chiropractic Adjustments
Traditional manual chiropractic adjustments are safe and are a great way to reduce pain. I am very gentle with my adjustments and will make sure that you are comfortable with the treatment. I use diversified technique adjustments to help improve joint restrictions. If you are not comfortable with adjustments, that’s okay! There are many other ways to help you find relief without performing any adjustments. Click here to learn more. (Not Available Virtually)
Soft Tissue Treatment
Soft tissue treatment is sometimes necessary to complement a chiropractic adjustment. I use a variety of techniques such as Nimmo, IASTM (ConnecTx), cupping, trigger point therapy, MRT, and MSTM. This can help relax tight muscles and allow for a more comfortable adjustment. Sometimes we get referred pain from trigger points (aka muscle knots) so this type of treatment is indicated when that is the source of your pain. Click here to learn more. (Not Available Virtually)
Orthotics and Supplements
Custom-made orthotics may be helpful for the treatment of pain due to conditions such as osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, shin splints, Achilles tendonitis, metatarsalgia, runner’s knee, Morton’s neuroma, and many more. Learn more about our orthotics here. Supplements can also be a great adjunct therapy.

Nutritional and Lifestyle Advice
Using a combination of diet and supplements (depending on your concerns), I can help you to lead a healthier lifestyle or use food as medicine to reduce pain and symptoms of a variety of conditions. A healthy diet can significantly reduce pain and other symptoms. I take all patients through my foundational pillars of health where we address the major factors that can prevent you from getting better. If these are not addressed, you end up with chronic pain that keeps coming back! Click here to learn more.
Mobility and Strength Exercises
You can get better without a traditional “workout” or even going to the gym if that’s what you prefer. I provide targeted exercises that you can do from the comfort of your own home with video instructions specifically for what your body needs. These exercises can be modified for any level. They focus not only on muscle strengthening but also mobility through our joints so you can get better faster. Want to get a head start? Download my exercise guide here.
