About Dr. Daina

Hi! I’m Dr. Daina Patel and I am a chronic pain doctor servicing virtual patients living anywhere in Ontario. I also help entrepreneurs, desk job workers, and students all over the world online through my Back Pain program as a health coach. Learn more about my approach here.

I am extremely passionate about all things health. I am committed to helping you reduce your chronic neck and/or back pain so that you can get back to your goals, feel better, and take on the world without having to do intense workouts, take pain meds, or even leave your home!

I do what I do because I’ve been there. I was once this girl with big dreams and big goals and felt like I’d never be able to get to where I want to be because of my pain. You don’t have to suffer like I did.

A little bit of background info

I graduated with an honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo in Biomedical Sciences and have a strong science background. Then I went on to complete my Doctor of Chiropractic at New York Chiropractic College. I’m always learning new things and keeping up with the most current information out there to make sure that I can do everything in my power to help you feel better. My priority as a chiropractor is your health and wellness. Currently, I am working towards my certification in Functional Medicine.

My Practice

I have been practising for several years as a chiropractor and have taken multiple continuing education courses for both my profession, my business, and myself so I can help you better.

While I love treating all kinds of conditions, my passion is treating women with chronic pain and chronic conditions, such as low back pain, neck pain, and headaches.

I take a holistic approach to health care and treat the root cause rather than just addressing symptoms to provide you with long-lasting relief. For those scared of adjustments or new to chiropractic treatment, I use a virtual approach so you can stay in the comfort of your own home.

When I’m not working

Besides working, I love to spend time in the kitchen using all the newest tools and gadgets to make delicious food. I especially love to experiment and play around with recipes to make them whole foods plant-based to fit my vegan lifestyle. I also enjoy getting back to nature and spending time on trails and simply smelling the flowers. Having a consistent exercise routine is very important to me and I love to work out! My favourite workouts include yoga and weight lifting.
